    Success at Appleton E-Cycling event!

    Last updated 19 days ago

We are always happy to hear about people choosing to responsibly recycle their own electronics. When we helped host a recycling event with the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Appleton, Wisc., the event saw tremendous success!

The event took place the day before Earth day, and we were able to collect an estimated 150,000 to 200,000 pounds of electronics! This is more than twice the amount that we have collected in a past event.

Because the Habitat for Humanity ReStore helped us put on this hugely successful event, a portion of the funds we receive for recycling will go towards their cause, which is building affordable housing for low-income members of their community.

We at Vintage Tech are very excited to hear about so many people choosing to recycle their old electronics! For more information on the event, visit here.
